Setting eSIM Plans

Note

Not all devices support eSIM. You should check with your customer if their device is eSIM-capable. If they aren't sure, you can confirm this below.

Select the destination country using the box on the upper left

corner of the screen. Only countries that have physical SIM or eSIM packages available for sale will be displayed.

When you have confirmed that the device is network-unlocked, confirm the "Is the device unlocked?" prompt to display SIM Card and eSIM selections.

Begin by selecting eSIM after confirming the destination country and unlock status of the customer device.

Note

If you cannot find an eSIM plan as expectred, there may be no stock available. You can confirm stock levels in the Management Console, which your Manager will have access to.

Dial *#06#. If an EID number is present, the device is eSIM-enabled.
