Dashboard

The dashboard is the first page that you see upon logging into the Management Console.

This summary is generated by our data Wwrehouse system and the data is refreshed every 15 minutes. It gives the user the ability a clearly gauge the sales and performance for each product and store within a particular period.

Managerial Overview

This view shows all data relating to the sales of a particular company. It provides statistics and quantitative data of all SIMs sold.

eSIMs Sold: This is the number of eSIMs sold during the specified period.

pSIMs Sold: This is the number of physical SIMs sold during the specified period.

Total Sales: The monetary value of total sales given in GBP (£).

Last Data Refresh: This tells you the date and exact time of the last time you refreshed the page. It is important, as the displayed ‘Managerial Overview’ tab you see provides you with the data as at that displayed date and time.

Orders: How many SIMs were sold in the selected given time period. The granularity of this graph changes depending on the time period.

Order Status: An overview of the status of all products over the selected time period.

Products Sold: An overview of specific products sold over the selected time period.

Orders - Retail Stores: Displays sales per sales channel over the selected time period.

Last Data Refresh: Time of last update of sales data.

Stock Management:

This view offers an overview of available stock.

Last Data Refresh: This tells you the date and exact time of the last time you refreshed the page. It is important, as the displayed ‘Stock Management’ tab you see provides you with the data as at that displayed date and time.

Available Stock: Displays all available stock and their assigned sales channels.

Sims Activated in last 3 months: Displays successfully activated profiles over the last 3 months.

Sims Imported: Displays imported products and their associated sales channels, with how many profiles were imported.

Observability

This view shows the status of all systems and services that are associated with the UNITE Platform, along with overall availability.
