Viewing orders and transactions
Customer Orders
A customer order is generated when a customer selects a plan for purchase and tracks the status of this order from intent to completed activation.
Orders are identifiable by their order number, sales channel, payment method, and customer email.
If the order is enacted via POS, the Sales Agent and Sales Outlet name will also be available.
For more detail on specific order statuses, refer to System Statuses.
Transactions
A transaction refers to any action that has been made on an order, such as getting a SIM from SM-DP+. This page allows a user with any role to view all such transactions that have been made. For example;
- Activations via Sales Channels/Outlets – in such a case, a transaction is created when the "Activate Now" button is pressed. SIM via Sales Channels/ Outlets – in such a case, a transaction is created when the "Confirm" button is pressed.
- Top-ups via Sales Channels/Outlets or UNITE Management Console.
Transactions are ordered by the most recent logged status.
Note
The Bulk Top Up Job ID is generated after a top up has been completed under ‘Bulk Top Ups,’ which identified that specific top-up job.
The Retry button is enabled for all transactions with a status of Cancelled or Failed. Clicking it resends the request to the Operator if it is an On-Demand profile.
Note
Users with the role of Customer Service Manager or Stock Manager have access to Retry.
The Go to eSIM Profile button is enabled for all transactions with an associated ICCID. Clicking it opens the relevant eSIM Profile that is associated with the transaction. All user roles have access to this button.
The Cancel button is enabled for all transactions with a status of Created. Clicking it cancels the request to an On-Demand profile to set the status to Cancelled. All user roles have access to this button.
