Transfer SIMs
Transfer SIM Cards/eSIMs can be used to primarily transfer or move a group of physical SIM Cards or eSIM Profiles to a different sales channel. This feature enables an authorised user with a stock assistant role to transfer SIM profiles immediately. This feature can also be used to revert a previous stock transfer. Only stock that is currently available for sale can be transferred (i.e. SIM Profile Status must be Available).
Transfer Preparation
Before performing a transfer
- On the navigation menu on the left, select [SIM Profile] menu item.
- On the SIM Profiles page, select from the search filters at the top of the page [Operating Company], [Sales Channel] & [SIM Import ID] or [Purchase Order] & [Status] is Available, select the [Aply Filters] to see the list of SIM Profiles.
- Confirm that the SIM Profiles listed are the correct SIM Profiles you wish to transfer & that the total Results displayed which is just above the table on the right hand side is the correct number of SIM profiles to be transferred.
SIM Transfer
- On the navigation menu on the left, select [SIM Profile] menu item.
- On the SIM Profiles page, select [SIM Transfer] action button on the top of the page.
- On the SIM Transfer page, select the [Current Operating Company], the enter the values listed below.

| Purchase Order | Optional | This must match exactly the value of the purchase_order_id used in data file imported. |

| SIM Profile Type | Mandatory | Value is pSIM for physical SIM Cards & eSIM for digital eSIM profiles |
| Total Number of SIMS | Mandatory | The total number of SIMs to be transferred |
| [Choose File] | Optional | The data file MUST be a CSV file with a header of iccid & only contain the ICCIDs/SSNs of the physical SIM cards you want to be transferred. The file MUST not contain any other data columns |
- Select the [Submit] action button on the bottom of the page to start the transfer immediately.
Transfer Confirmation
To confirm the transfer was successful - On the SIM Profiles page, select from the search filters at the top of the page [Operating Company], [Sales Channel] & [SIM Import ID] or [Purchase Order] & [Status] is Available, select the [Aply Filters] to see the list of SIM Profiles. - On the SIM Profiles page, just above the table listing the SIM Profiles the Results displays the number of SIM Profiles. This should match your expected number of SIm Profiles after the transfer.
