Searching For Orders

To search for an order and check the status, select the Find Order button at the top of the page.

You can search for an order by its corresponding MSISDN, ICCID, or Order Number.

Details about the status of the order will be displayed if the order can be identified.

Note

If you cannot find an eSIM plan as expectred, there may be no stock available. You can confirm stock levels in the Management Console, which your Manager will have access to.
