Searching For Orders

To search for an order and check the status, select the Find Order button at the top of the page.

You can search for an order by its corresponding MSISDN, ICCID, Order Number or Customer's Email.

When finding an order by email, the user needs a date range and the user's email. The response will list the 20 most recent orders when searching by email.

Details about the status of the order will be displayed if the order can be identified.
