Introduction
The UNITE Management Console allows clients to add, manage, and distribute stock and sales channels for SIM and eSIM profiles.
This documentation offers a guide to getting started as well as provide a reference for using the Management Console.
Initial access to the UNITE Management Console is provided by Sim Local technical team.
Important Terms
Term | Description |

Organisation | Your Organisation represents your primary business entity. |
Operating Companies | Mobile Network Providers that provide your plan connectivity across UNITE. |
Sales Channels | The distribution paths where your products are sold. Examples include online sales, partner sales, and retail store groups. |
Sales Outlets | Individual outlets of your sales channels, such as individual stores. |
Sales Devices | Individual units of a Sales Outlet, such as each store in a retail group. |
Operator Plans | Product offerings available from an Operating Company. For example, a network may offer data plans, data, calls, text plans, and unlimited plans. These are all represented as individual Operator Plans. These can be added to the Management Console then assigned a specific Sales Channel. |
Sales Channel Plans | Product offerings made available to an assigned Sales Channel. Operator Plans assigned to a sales channel become Sales Channel Plans and initially inherit the properties of an Operator Plan. Plan details can be adjusted and the history of changes is logged on a versioned basis for the purpose of maintaining correct information on past transactions. |
