Introduction

The UNITE Management Console allows clients to add, manage, and distribute stock and sales channels for SIM and eSIM profiles.

This documentation offers a guide to getting started as well as provide a reference for using the Management Console.

Initial access to the UNITE Management Console is provided by Sim Local technical team.

Important Terms

Term Description
Organisation Your Organisation represents your primary business entity.
Operating Companies Mobile Network Providers that provide your plan connectivity across UNITE.
Sales Channels The distribution paths where your products are sold. Examples include online sales, partner sales, and retail store groups.
Sales Outlets Individual outlets of your sales channels, such as individual stores.
Sales Devices Individual units of a Sales Outlet, such as each store in a retail group.
Operator Plans Product offerings available from an Operating Company. For example, a network may offer data plans, data, calls, text plans, and unlimited plans. These are all represented as individual Operator Plans. These can be added to the Management Console then assigned a specific Sales Channel.
Sales Channel Plans Product offerings made available to an assigned Sales Channel. Operator Plans assigned to a sales channel become Sales Channel Plans and initially inherit the properties of an Operator Plan. Plan details can be adjusted and the history of changes is logged on a versioned basis for the purpose of maintaining correct information on past transactions.
