Processing Returns
If a plan cannot be used after purchase or does not function as intended, you can process a return via the Faulty SIM button at the top of the page.
Orders can be identified by either their Order Number or ICCID.
Order No.: The Order Number of the purchased SIM. This will be dislayed on the customer receipt and is required to identify the faulty plan.
ICCID The ICCID of the purchased SIM, identifiable on the physical pack or on the device's phone identity settings, if inserted into the device.
Fault Reason: Select a reason that best matches the issue. If a selection doesn't apply, select "Other" and describe the issue in the description box below the Fault Reason dropdown.
Details about the fault can be described in the Additional Notes field.
If the order cannot be successfully identified or there is a problem logging the fault, Please contact your Account Manager.
